Using StageCred

You may use StageCred to create, edit, export, and share stage plans for legitimate production and rehearsal purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of layouts you publish or share.

Templates, object footprints, and calculator results are planning aids. Check the final layout and venue requirements with the people responsible for your room. Our methodology explains the assumptions used in the product.

Accounts and subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. The billing period and amount are shown before you complete checkout. Current plan details are on our pricing page.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage subscription. Pro remains active until the end of the period already paid for. The account then returns to Free, and your plans stay saved. Free plan limits and watermarks apply after Pro ends.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake or Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge for a refund of that charge. Contact support@stagecred.pro using the email address associated with your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the stage plans you create. We store your plans to provide the service and do not claim rights to your layouts. Share links provide view-only access to anyone who has the link, including the labels and names displayed on the plan.
