Setup tips
- Youth orchestras often re-seat after auditions. Save a version before each change so you can compare. Version history is a Pro feature.
- Put the chair names in the labels and the printed chart doubles as the seating list for the stage crew and chaperones.
- If you have more players than the template, duplicate a desk (Ctrl/Cmd+D) and drag it into place.

- How many players are in a youth orchestra?
- It varies a lot. Many youth symphonies have 50–90 players. This template has room for about 70. Add or remove desks to match your roster.
